ensure that all eligible men are invited and well informed about the risks and benefits
ensure that all men needing follow-up or treatment get what they need without delay
information between screening programme management, GPs, surgeons and patients is moving accurately and without delay
all information about patient (procedures, treatment result) is saved and available for programme evaluation {2}
